General Dentistry: The Foundation of Care From Your Monroe Dentist
Most dental problems start small, a cavity here, some sensitivity there, easy to brush off until it isn’t. That’s exactly why regular exams and cleanings matter more than most people think.
From there, our team handles the everyday list, fillings, extractions, root canals, and more involved needs like gum disease, all without sending you to another office. Digital scanners have also become part of the routine, making dental services faster and a lot more comfortable than the old mold trays ever were.
Periodontist Care That Protects Your Gums and Your Smile
Gum disease rarely announces itself. It might start as a little bleeding when you brush or gums that look slightly pulled back, nothing dramatic on its own, until years later it is.
Our periodontist handles it all, early gum inflammation, deep cleanings, advanced bone loss, gum surgery, leaning on laser therapy and other gentler options whenever a case allows for it. Periodontal treatments here start the moment you mention bleeding, recession, or a tooth that feels loose, so don’t wait for it to get worse.
Cosmetic Dentist Services for a Smile You Feel Good About
A smile you actually like changes how you carry yourself, in photos, in conversations, even just at your kid’s game. Teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, Invisalign, our cosmetic dentistry services cover the full spectrum of what’s bothering you, stains, chips, gaps, or crowding.
Every plan starts with an honest conversation about what’s realistic and what it costs, right from the start, backed by real before-and-after results.
Pediatric Dentist Care for Every Age and Stage
Kids need a little more time than adults do. That’s the whole idea behind our pediatric dentistry services: gentle exams, cleanings, and preventive care that builds good habits before bad ones have a chance to set in.
We walk through every step in simple, kid-sized language, because a scared five-year-old doesn’t care how routine the procedure actually is.
Trust Your Dentures to Our Monroe Denture Care Center Team
Dentures that don’t fit right make eating awkward and speaking harder than it should be, and many people live with it longer than they need to. Our denture care center handles the fitting, the adjusting, the repairs, whatever it takes so wearing dentures stops being something you tolerate and starts being something you barely notice.
Implant-supported options are available too, for anyone who wants a more secure fit.
Dental Implants Periodontist Solutions for Missing Teeth
Losing a tooth, or several, changes more than how your smile looks in photos. It can affect how you eat, speak, and feel around other people.
A single missing tooth or a full arch that needs replacing: dental implants cover both ends of that spectrum. Our periodontist plans and places every one in-house, with the process, timeline, and cost laid out clearly before you decide.
Teeth Whitening Service for a Brighter Smile
Coffee, wine, and just time passing all take a toll on the color of your teeth, whether you notice it happening or not. Professional-strength treatments, stronger and more even than anything from a store-bought kit, are what set our teeth whitening services apart, whether you’d rather handle it in-office or take a kit home.
We’ll walk you through what to expect and roughly how long results tend to last.
Dental Clinic Care for Every Stage of Your Smile
Same-day repairs and routine visits start the same way, with an accurate diagnosis at our dental clinic before anything else gets decided. From there, we explain your options in plain terms, and families of all ages are welcome from check-in to checkout.
Expert Care From Your Dental Hygienist
Brushing and flossing at home only gets you so far. Plaque and tartar hide in spots a toothbrush just can’t reach, and that’s where a dental hygienist comes in.
Our hygienists clear it all out and send you home with practical tips that actually fit your routine, not generic advice you’ve heard a hundred times.
Pinnacle Dental Group Now Serves Taylor, Michigan
Pinnacle Dental Group now has a second location, our Taylor dental office, just outside of Detroit. The same experienced team and full range of services that Monroe patients have counted on for years are available there too, so anyone in the Taylor area has a trusted option close to home.
Your Family’s Home for Dental Care in Monroe, MI
A routine checkup and a bigger treatment plan both get the same level of attention here. Tour our Monroe office to see our welcoming space, and meet our doctors and staff who are dedicated to your care. Don’t just take our word for it: see what our patients are saying about us.
Invisalign for a Straighter Smile
Metal braces used to be the only option, but not anymore. Our Invisalign aligners straighten teeth just as effectively, without the metal, and they’re nearly invisible whether you’re a teenager or an adult.
Sleep Apnea Treatment
Sleep affects more of your health than most people realize, from your heart to your mood to how well you function the next day. If disrupted nighttime breathing is part of the problem, we offer a dental-based sleep apnea treatment that’s a lot more comfortable than a bulky machine.
Flexible Ways to Pay for Your Care
We believe cost should never be a barrier to good dental care. We review the cost with you before any work begins, and financing is available for patients without insurance. Ask us about your options at your next visit.
Medicaid Accepted in Monroe
Medicaid is accepted here, which keeps quality dental care within reach for more families across Monroe and the surrounding area.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit starts with a conversation, not a lecture, so you know what to expect before anything else happens. We’ll review your dental history, take any X-rays we need, complete a full exam, and then sit down together to talk through what we found. You’ll know your options and the cost up front.
It has been years since I have seen a dentist. Will I be judged?
No, however long it’s been, you won’t be judged here. Patients come back after years away all the time, more often than you’d think, and getting you back on track is genuinely the only goal. We’ll explain what we find in plain terms and build a plan around where you are today, not where you think you should be.
Do you accept Medicaid or help patients without dental insurance?
Yes, we accept Medicaid, specifically the Healthy Michigan Plan and Meridian Plan for adults and Healthy Kids for children through Delta Dental, and we file most major insurance plans on your behalf so you’re not stuck doing the paperwork yourself. If you don’t have coverage at all, financing is available because cost shouldn’t be the reason you skip care.
Do you see children as well as adults?
Every age is welcome here: a child’s first cleaning, a teenager’s Invisalign, a grandparent’s dentures, all under the same roof. Our pediatric team keeps visits gentle and kid-friendly so good habits start early instead of getting forced later. Many of our families bring three generations through the same door.
What if I am in pain and need to be seen quickly?
Call us and tell us what’s going on, a toothache, a broken tooth, a lost filling, whatever it is. We do our best to get patients in pain seen quickly, so don’t wait around hoping it’ll get better on its own.
I get anxious about dental visits. What do you do to help?
We take dental anxiety seriously, and it shows in how we schedule: anxious patients get extra time built into their visits so nothing ever feels rushed. Every step gets explained before we do it, and we check in with you throughout, not just at the start. Tell us about your concerns when you book, and we’ll plan the whole visit around them.
